Booking And Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee will be applied to your total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until this fee is received. We do not hold appointment times without this payment. Non-refundable booking fee can be transferred with 48hr notice.
Rescheduling and Cacellations
48-Hour Notice:
If you need to reschedule within 48 hours (2 business days) of your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited. This policy applies to all circumstances, including illness, COVID, work commitments, double bookings, etc. If you cannot provide 48 hours' notice, you may send someone in your place.
Multiple Rescheduling:
If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment two or more times, you will be required to pay the full service cost at the time of booking future appointments.
Same-Day Changes:
Cancellations within 4hrs or no-show will incur the full-service cost, and a new booking fee will be required to re-book. Please be aware that last-minute changes affect our ability to manage business costs.
